Complaints Procedure

Schools are legally required to have a procedure to deal with complaints and the Governing Board of Raddlebarn School has approved this procedure, which explains what the School will do when it receives your concerns or complaint.

 

Raddlebarn Primary School rarely has to deal with complaints but when we do, we deal with all concerns or complaints:

  • Fairly
  • Openly
  • Promptly
