ABM Catering supply all of the meals in school. They ensure that the food served at Raddlebarn Primary & Nursery School easily meets the school food standards so that children have healthy, balanced diets and we continue to be awarded our 5 star hygiene rating too. This is something that they are really proud of.
Their staff are fully trained and qualified and have up to date knowledge of vital food related guidance and laws, such as Natasha’s Law. They always work with families who have medically restrictive diets and are fully inclusive.
They work with our school councillors to plan and design school meal menus and ‘special events’.
School meals provide:
• high-quality daily choice of a meat (including halal) plus a vegetarian offer
• unlimited vegetables, salad bar options and fruit
• freshly baked bread
• Hydration station
*If there are genuine medical requirements such as verified food allergies, please inform the school office to ask for a medical form and ABM medical form and bring documentation from your child’s GP.
There cannot be:
• drinks with added sugar, crisps, chocolate or sweets in school meals and vending machines
• more than 2 portions of deep-fried, battered or breaded food a week

Please book meals before at least 24 hours in advance to allow for preparation time and reduce waste or disappointment.
