Year 1 had a great start to their week with an immersive art day. We looked at line drawing techniques and practised using dots and dashes, scribbling, cross hatching and shading tonally in pencil. Followed by blending, sgraffito and stippling with oil pastels. Mrs Merrifield and Miss Joyce were wowed by the focus and attention to detail the children showed in their work.
