In Year 1, our first week back has seen us using Dienes rods and cubes to help us understand Base 10 and place value with teen numbers.
We have written our first book review, based on our learning about The Lighthouse Keeper’s Lunch, by David and Ronda Armitage – it scored an average of 4 stars!
We have been developing our ball control skills in football, by persevering to ‘dribble’ and stop the ball correctly with our feet.
